Why Ugandans will keep their panties yellow!
NRM will rule Elections are just round the corner and naturally that means we get to speak and talk about it more than we usually do!( does that make sense?) Posters have been raised and the media is awash with daily updates on who said what or did what for that matter! Now the current government could be the most criticized in the East African region for reasons I'd rather not get into and mainly because everybody does have a right to opinion and I am certain what influences those opinions cannot be exhausted!
